Cappuccino Creme Brulee Recipe

                      Cappuccino Creme Brulee Recipe 


Ingredients;
  1. 2 cups whipping cream
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  4. 5 large egg yolks
  5. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  6. 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 3 tablespoons of golden brown sugar.

Cooking Directions;

Warm the cream in a saucepan with the vanilla pod. Meanwhile beat egg yolks with sugar until creamed. Pour cream over egg mixture into ramekins and place in a roasting dish half filled with water. Put 2-3 cubes of fudge into each ramekin. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until set.

serve cold.
